How do I create an account?

You can create an account via the registration form
After completing the sign-up form you will receive a confirmation e-mail with an activation link.

I have not received a confirmation mail?

The e-mail might still be on its way. If after 15 minutes you still have not received a confirmation e-mail. Please try again to create an account and make sure that your e-mail address is correct.

My activation link does not work anymore?

You may have taken too long to activate your account. You will need to sign up again.

I am not able create an account?

If you are unable to create an account, please send an email to marketing@teesing.com and we will create an account for you.

Why do I have to create an account?

Creating an account is not mandatory, but it will be easier for ordering, requesting quotations or keeping track of your order history.

I got a message that my e-mail address is already in use?

The account already exists, use 'forgot password' to get your password re-sent to you.

Can my account be used by multiple employees?

Yes, on your account page under the 'Security and privacy' tab, you can add additional users. The advantage is that you can see each other's order history.

For how long will Teesing store my data?

Your data will be saved until you delete your account or as long as legally required.

How can I change my password?

In order to change your password you need to log in first. Then please go to your account page and change your password under the 'Security and privacy' tab.

No, we will not use your details to adjust prices.

 Will you share my details with third parties?

No, your details will not be shared without permission.

You can not change your e-mail address online. If you want to change your e-mail address please contact customercare@teesing.com and create new login details.

Manage your company profile

What is a company profile?

A company profile is a general profile that includes several users of a company. The order history and requests of all employees are visible.

Can I set restrictions for users?

Yes. The superuser of the company profile can set order restrictions for the other users.

How do I delete a user?

Under the 'security and privacy' tab on your account page, the superuser will see an overview of users. After clicking the 'manage' button it is possible to delete users.

Can I add my colleagues within the same company?

Under the 'security and privacy' tab on your account page, the superuser will see an overview of users. After clicking the 'manage' button it is possible to add users.

Who is the superuser?

After creating an account you are automatically a superuser (main user).

Is it possible to deactivate an old employee?

Yes, on your account page under the 'security and privacy' tab, the superuser will see an overview of users. After clicking the 'manage' button, you can click on the pencil next to the user if you want to deactivate the employee. In the 'Change user' overview you can turn off the 'active?' checkbox.

Searching products

 I cannot find my product.

It is possible that this product is not yet included in our online catalog. Please contact customercare@teesing.com.

Where can I find general product information?

You can find product information here.

Of all products, are there 3D drawings available?

This information is not yet available online, but you can send an e-mail to customercare@teesing.com to request a 3D drawing.

Where can I find PDF files of the products?

PDF files are available to download on the product page, under the 'datasheets' tab. You can also request the PDF files at customercare@teesing.nl

 How can I download a datasheet or CAD file?

After logging in you can download product specific files. You can find these files on the right side of the product page. Every product has a datasheet. If there is no 3D file present, this download button will not be visible. If you do need a 3D file, please send an e-mail to: customercare@teesing.com

Quote request

Where can I find my invoice?

Invoices will be visible in the future under the tab 'orders'. This is not a feature that is implemented yet.

I can not find the product.

Try searching in the search bar. With each article you will find a product description and the specifications of the article.

How can I download an order overview?

You can see an overview of your orders on your account page under the 'orders' tab.

Where are the details of my order?

You can see the details of your orders on your account page under the 'orders' tab.

Can I order via e-mail or telephone?

You can order via e-mail or telephone. You can contact us by telephone at +31 70 413 07 50 or send an order to orders@teesing.com.

How do I create a shared order list?

If the users are within the same account, all orders of that account can be viewed.

Did my order succeed because I did not receive confirmation?

If your order is visible in your account, then it is sent.

Can I change the order that I have already placed?

No, if your order is placed and processed it cannot be adjusted anymore. If your order is not sent yet, it is possible to cancel your order.

What is the delivery time of products?

The delivery time depends on the supplier. On the order confirmation we indicate the expected delivery time.

Can I pick up my product at Teesing?

No it is not possible to pick up your product. We will send it to you.

How are cleanroom items delivered?

All our cleanroom products are double-wrapped and sent in special shipping boxes.

Yes this is possible. Please contact one of our sales engineers.
